I think we've all been following the GDC quite too much, but with the PS2 price cuts coming soon, it will be a total disaster for those vendors stuck with thousands of ps2's. We never know though, Sony may be providing serious price protection to make sure that their own distributors don't go down in flames.PS2 software is fading, with the bulk of concentration distributed solely to the ps3 and psp. PSP software is still pretty weak and with many buyers still looking for hackable psp's, revenue is sure to drop even more as June rolls around. I might just buy a new PS2 for no reason just to buy all the great software that has dropped to nearly pennies on the dollar.
