Metal Gear Solid 4 The End of Metal Gear? - Won't be declared

Hideo Kojima commented that 'PR Wise', he really doesn't want to declare MGS 4 is the wrap-up but if he doesn't say this then people will bombard him to re-make MGS again. However, he went on to say that even if Snake dies, the actual game itself can live on. So who knows, perhaps there is plenty more in the series to come but without Snake himself.

PS3 - Metal Gear Solid 4 American PS3 Bundle

Sony and Konami have come together to promote on of the biggest games of the year on the Playstation 3,Metal Gear Solid 4, Releasing worldwide on June 12th, it was announced Japan would be receiving a Special MGS4 bundle that included a "Steel" Colored Playstation 3, a Dualshock 3, along with the limited edition of Metal Gear Solid 4.

Recently in a Press Release Sony and Konami has announced they too will be releasing a MGS4 Bundle in America, it not the "Steel" color everyone was hoping but it has more advantages.

The American Metal Gear Solid 4 bundle will include:

• Black 80 Gig Playstation 3 with a Snake Image on it (as shown on Box art)
• DualShock 3 Controller (Black)
• Metal Gear Solid 4 game

The added bonus of this system is that it features the return of backwards computability. Sony has announced that it has about 90% backwards compatability with Playstation and Playstation 2 games, which this feature has not been around since the original 20 Gig and 60 Gig models in the first release of the Playstation 3.

PS3 - Dual Shock 3's coming soon and Sony confirms no more Sixaxis controllers

The American release of the DualShock 3 is right around the corner for release, and it is about time, the item was released in Japan Winter last year and if you didn't buy one yet its about time to. The DualShock 3 will add rumble to your Playstation 2 and Playstation 3 games, currently it is only sold in Black, while the Japanese Playstation 3 has 2 more colors White and Silver.


Sony has also confirmed that it will be discontinuing production of its Sixaxis controllers pretty much immediately.

This isn't something shocking seeing as it was expected ever since Sony announced the DualShock 3, and localization of it. The Dual Shock 3 is the Sixaxis controller plus the vibration function from previous models of Sony's controllers, which were not available at the start of the Playstation 3 life cycle because of a previous court case about the rumble feature.

So if your a fan of the lighter controller and want to have more now is the time to go buy them now before they are never seen again.
