La Pucelle: Tactics, released in Japan as La Pucelle: The Legend of the Saintess of Light, is a tactical role-playing game for the PlayStation 2, developed by Nippon Ichi Software.

It was released in Japan in January 2002, and in North America by Mastiff in May 2004. The game is receive a port to the PlayStation Portable in Japan on November 26, 2009 under the title La Pucelle Ragnarok.

Features
  • Combat takes place on an isometric map of varying size and shape. Each battle starts with a set number and arrangement of enemies, a Base Panel, and a number of random Dark Portals scattered around the map.
  • The player starts combat by clicking on the Base Panel, and drawing out their party members one at a time. Whenever a spell or special attack is used, it resolves immediately; normal attacks are set, but do not take place until the end of the turn.
  • Each instance of combat takes place on a separate screen, and not only involves the attacker and their target, but also any friendly units adjacent. All attackers and targets get one chance to attack. While the attacker always strikes the unit they attacked to initiate the combat, all other participants in the combat will attack random targets. All party members get experience from the combat if the team inflicts any casualties, even if they didn't strike any fatal blows.

Dorabase is a baseball manga series by Shintaro Mugiwara based on the characters of long-running series Doraemon. It is published in Shogakukan's CoroCoro Comic magazine.

This comic follows the story of other robotic cats that form a baseball club. Though it shows Doraemon in the beginning, it doesn't focus on Doraemon itself (because Doraemon must go back to the past to help Nobita). The group is led by Kuroemon, a cat that looks like Doraemon, only it has ears and black fur (Doraemon doesn't have fur). It features a lot of imaginary ability, and in the baseball game, is allowed to use up to 3 gadgets.

Rockman EXE Operate Shooting Star, is an upcoming Mega Man action role-playing video game to be published and developed by Capcom for the Nintendo DS handheld video game console. It was revealed at the 2009 World Hobby Fair in Japan and is tentatively slated to release in Japan in 2009.

Samurai Warriors 3 is the third installment in the Samurai Warriors series, created by Koei and Omega Force. Koei officially stated that this game is set to be released in Japan in November 29, 2009 for the Wii.

At the game's Press Conference on August 5, 2009, Gackt, a famous J-pop/rock artist and Actor will do the theme song of the game. Shigeru Miyamoto from Nintendo also attended the conference to present a new mode in the game based on the Famicom Disk System game Nazo no Murasamejou.

  • Four new characters have been confirmed to make their debut in the Samurai Warriors franchise:
  • Narita Kaihime - daughter of Hojo clan retainer Narita Ujinara and later, concubine of Toyotomi Hideyoshi. Her weapon is a sword-whip.
  • Katō Kiyomasa - loyal retainer of Toyotomi Hideyoshi, and later joins Tokugawa Ieyasu at the Battle of Sekigahara. His weapon is a scythe.
  • Kuroda Kanbei - chief strategist of Toyotomi Hideyoshi, feared by many for his demonic look. His weapon is an orb.
  • Hōjō Ujiyasu- lord of the Hojo clan, wields a cane with a sword hidden inside.
  • Initially it has been announced that 37 characters will encompass the playable cast in Samurai Warriors 3. Because of this, there are rumors that pre-existing characters will be cut from the roster. Koei however has not confirmed or denied anything yet.
  • The game is set to come in three different variations; a standalone copy of the game, a Classic Controller Pro set, and a treasure box edition. The treasure box edition includes the controller as well as a mini figure, an original soundtrack CD and a book with strategies and artwork. The controller included in the latter two bundles will be a special edition black Classic Controller Pro with the game's logo and Japanese inkbrush marks in gold.
