PS2 - Kingdom Hearts II Ultimate Hits - New Import - In Stock 6/26/08

Square Enix Sora returns in a new Kingdom Hearts adventure along with fellow travelers Donald and Goofy. Sora is searching for Riku while the two Disney marquee heroes are on a quest to locate their lost king. Sora wakes up in Twilight Town and pushes open the windows to take a peek outside. Soon afterwards, he joins his little group of friends where they explore the eerily quiet burg and make a little coin. Returning to oversee the Disney/Square collaboration is Tetsuya Nomura who directed and designed the characters. Yuichi Kanemori designed the simple action-packed battle system and Kazushige Nojima wove together the scenarios in the game.

Kingdom Hearts: Final mix, released as an ultimate hits (price drop, YAY!), will give fans a chance to experience the game in English! This new released version will include:
  • English Voice Acting
  • Japanese Subtitles
  • New "Drive" System

PS2 Sengoku Basara X & Limited Edition - New Imports - In Stock 6/26/08

Sengoku Basara X is the latest collaboration between Capcom and Arc System Works. The PS2 version is different, in so that it is a 2D fighter with more fighting modes and features. It contains a new challenge mode where players are required to clear 12 stages within a given time frame. Opened treasure boxes during fights may provide useful healing. The fights ensued will determine the stylish points received. During certain fights, players that grab gold coins that appear int he air in the form of *BAS* without taking damage will obtain higher scores. In other instances, players will be able to grab titles, which greatly increases the number of coins obtained depending on the rarity of the title itself.

Orders placed for Sengoku Basara will ship 6/26. Our first batches are coming in tomorrow, with the second batch following monday morning.

Collectors! Don't forget the limited edition Sengoku Basara X, which includes a voice cd and character cards!

PS2 Sunsoft Collection - New Import - Delayed Until 6/28/08

SNK digs both games out of Sunsoft's archives and re-releases them on the PS2 this summer. Per usual Neo-Geo Online Collection convention, both games have been updated with an online fighting mode (BB Multi-Matching), a character color-edit facility, and the ability to view a fighter's complete list of moves at any time by pausing the game.

Sunsoft collection comes with two titles:

Galaxy Fight - Eight motley fighters (emphasis intended on the word motley) fight with punches, lasers, and kicks on different planets.

Waku Waku Seven - An enjoyable fighting game which features a cast of seven likable combatants such as the floppy Mauru.

We have some delays in logistics, but expect pre-orders to ship by friday or monday.

PSP Super Robot Taisen A Portable - Import, In Stock

Super Robot Taisen A was first released on Gameboy Advance in 2001. Now, 7 years later, it is re-released on Sony PSP with lots of upgrades and new features. The story takes place in a futuristic post war period where the Earth is slowly recovering from two devastating wars.

  • The war features a large number of robots, from the mobile suits in the Gundam series to the original Banpresto creations.
  • New features in this revival of the classic game include replacing the attack and guard support system with a new one. Split your characters into the attack team and protect team and use them for different occasions.
  • The robots are equipped with a shield that deflects half of the damages you suffer. The higher level your characters are, the more frequent this shield appears.
  • Assign skills for your characters to learn. In this revival, you have the right to customize the skills of both robots and pilots.
  • All weapons can be upgraded in the game, so be sure to make use of this feature and prepare yourself for the difficult boss battles.
